Description

Villa Lea Mar will provide you with a dream vacation on the western Istrian coast, just a few minutes by car from the beach and the tourist center of Poreč.

The villa is part of a semi-detached building, but it still has privacy because it has a fenced yard and a private pool.

The ground floor has a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, which have direct access to the pool and a barbecue area. There is also a utility room with a large refrigerator and washing machine, and a guest toilet.
Our indigenous olive tree decorates the courtyard by the pool and will give you a Mediterranean atmosphere.

The ground floor also consists of one double bedroom with a private bathroom and TV.

Stairs lead to the first floor, which consists of three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and TV. Two rooms have access to a shared, 28 m2 large and covered balcony with furniture.

One pet is welcome with prior agreement and an additional charge due to increased cleaning costs.
There are beaches in Poreč where your pet is welcome. I will be happy to give you instructions about this.

There is parking space for several cars in front of the house.
